Delete your account and data
This page explains how to delete your account and the data associated with it in any game published by Beyond Play Studios. You do not need to reinstall a game to make a request.
Request deletion by email
The fastest route is to email us. The button below opens your mail app with the request pre-filled — add your game name and player ID, and send.
If the button does not work, email spnikam1984@gmail.com with the subject line "Account and Data Deletion Request".
How to request deletion
-
Tell us which game
Our games store different things, so give us the name of the game exactly as it appears on Google Play or the App Store, and say whether you play on Android or iOS.
-
Find your player ID, if the game has accounts
Open the game and go to Settings → Account. Your player ID is shown at the bottom of that screen, and you can tap it to copy it. Sending it lets us find your record straight away.
If the game has no account screen, it has no account — skip to the section on games without accounts.
-
Send the request
Use the email button above, or delete directly in-app as described below. Include the game name, your player ID, and your platform.
-
Confirm it is you
We may reply with a single verification question — usually asking you to send the request from the email address linked to the account, or to confirm a detail only the account holder would know. We will not ask for identity documents, and we will not ask for more information than we need to establish that the request is genuine.
-
We complete it
We resolve every deletion request within 30 days of receiving it. You get a confirmation email once it is done.
Deleting inside the game
In games that have accounts, you can delete without contacting us at all:
- Open the game.
- Go to Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Read the confirmation screen and confirm.
Before you delete: if you have an active subscription, cancel it first in Google Play or the App Store — deleting your game account does not cancel a store subscription and does not stop billing. Deleting also permanently removes your progress and every virtual item and currency balance in the account, and none of it can be restored afterwards, including if you reinstall.
What gets deleted
When we complete a deletion request, the following is permanently removed:
- your account record and the sign-in identifier linked to it;
- your player profile, display name, nickname and avatar selection;
- your saved game progress, level state and settings;
- your inventory of virtual items and virtual currency balances;
- your achievements and your entries on our leaderboards;
- your multiplayer match history;
- analytics and diagnostic records that can be linked to you or to your installation;
- support correspondence, unless it relates to an open dispute or an active investigation.
What we have to keep
A small amount of data survives deletion, either because the law requires us to keep it or because deleting it would let people evade enforcement or commit fraud. We keep only what is necessary for the purpose below, we keep it no longer than that purpose requires, and we do not use it for anything else.
- Purchase and transaction records — Indian tax and accounting law requires us to retain these, and they are needed to handle chargebacks. This is the one category we cannot delete on request.
- A one-way hashed identifier where an account was banned or suspended — so that a banned player cannot immediately return. It cannot be reversed to identify you.
- Fraud and security incident logs — for investigating and preventing fraud, cheating and abuse.
- A record of the deletion request itself — so we can demonstrate to a regulator that we honoured it.
- Aggregated statistics — these cannot identify you, because your data no longer exists inside them in any recoverable form.
Games without accounts
Most of our games have no account and no sign-in. If a game never asked you to sign in, we hold no record that identifies you as a person — your progress is stored on your device and nowhere else.
To remove everything for a game like that:
- Uninstall the game. That deletes your progress and settings, because they only ever existed on your device.
- Reset or delete your advertising ID. This breaks the link between your device and the analytics and advertising data our partners hold.
- Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads → Delete advertising ID
- iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → turn off Allow Apps to Request to Track, and Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising → turn off Personalised Ads
- Email us anyway if you want to. Send your advertising ID to spnikam1984@gmail.com and we will delete any analytics records associated with it and confirm.
Data held by third parties
Some data is held by the platforms and services our games use rather than by us. We delete what we hold and instruct our processors to do the same, but a few things you control directly:
- Google Play Games — delete your Play Games profile and per-game data at myaccount.google.com.
- Sign in with Apple — stop using Apple ID with our apps at appleid.apple.com under Sign in with Apple.
- Purchase history — held by Google and Apple under their own policies, and not something we can delete for you.
Other privacy requests
Deletion is not your only option. You can also ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct something, or withdraw consent for advertising and analytics without deleting your account. Section 16 of our Privacy Policy covers all of it — email us at the address below and say what you would like.
